Who is this program for?
The Get Connected to your Business program (GCYB) was designed to help coaches and educators who are building a Business or develop a Program from scratch by starting with the first steps that most people SKIP and end up struggling later on because of it!
Self-discovery is the key to finding your Best Niche, creating your Content, pricing your Offer, and establishing your Systems!
You'll get a step-by-step process to make sure you don't miss any of these foundational pillars, so you don't waste time and energy (and money) going back to the drawing board over and over again!
The Enneagram Education presented in the program is what drives most of the students to Enroll.
The Certification track will equip you with the Core Skills of an Effective Coach, in addition to the credentials to market yourself as an Enneagram Expert for your field.
What if I sell a Product or Service instead of Coaching / Course / Program?
The concepts taught in GCYB are applicable to any Business!
Knowing yourself and what you want out of life and business is the Key, and that's why it is the First thing you'll Focus on in the GCYB Program!
How do I know which Track to choose?
If you are simply interested in understanding yourself better so you can align your Business to YOU, instead of blindly following the gurus, then the Non-cert track will be enough for you.
You will get an in-depth view of yourself, based on the Enneagram profiling system, so you will be able to make more aligned Business decisions, including content creation and pricing your offer, faster and easier.
If you want to understand your clients and students better so that you can build better business relationships with appropriate boundaries, and also be able to Coach them how to understand themselves better, make more progress sooner, while finding the freedom to just "be," using UBU Methods and Tools (making yourself more Marketable and your business more Profitable), then the Certification Track is for you.
The Certification track will equip you with the Core Skills of an Effective Coach, in addition to the credentials to market yourself as an Enneagram Expert for your field.
What is the Time Commitment?
The Non-cert Track is 6 weeks. There are 5 weeks of one 90-min Live Class each week and approximately 1-2 hours of Guided Independent study and Implementation recommended between classes. The 6th Week is Self-Paced with a Video and Workbook. Plus ongoing Community Support.
The Certification Track is an additional 6 weeks of Live Classes for a total of 12 weeks.
The time to complete Certification requirements will vary from 1-6 months.
What if I don't need/want to be Certified?
You can attend the Certification Track classes, and access the resources, without going for your certification!
However, you will not be licensed to use the UBU Methods or Tools in any way until your certification requirements are met.
The Bonus is that, if at anytime, you decide you would like to be Certified, your Hours will have already been counted towards your requirement!
I already have a business. Is this program too Basic for me?
The Self-discovery and Personal Development from the Enneagram Education alone is enough to drive most students to enroll!
Although GCYB was design for the student in the beginning stages of building their Business or developing a new Program, several established coaches and business owners have commented that the UBU approach has helped improve the way they currently do business and with more Confidence.
